Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may contact us at contact@fioranti.co or use the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website.

Please return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. We will provide you with the relevant return address.

Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags still attached. You may try on the items in the same way as you would in a retail store. Please use the original packaging whenever possible. However, the absence of the original packaging does not exclude your right to return the goods.

Return Shipping Costs

For orders delivered to an address within Germany, return shipping is complimentary. After you have registered your return, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

For orders delivered to an address outside Germany, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Please send the return using a tracked shipping service to the return address provided by us.

For damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs regardless of the delivery country.

Please register your return with us before sending it so that we can identify and process it correctly. This does not restrict your statutory right of withdrawal.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged or defective, or if you have received the wrong item. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods, as well as in other cases excluded by law.

Sale items may be returned under the same conditions as full-price items.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please first register a return for the item you received. You may then place a separate order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
